Hökensås Holiday Camp offers activities and recreation all year around.
We are well-appointed and prepared to make your holiday a pleasant time with engaging activities in, or around, the camp. We have all kind of equipment for hire: bicycles, fishingtackle, sports equipment etc.

Hökensås, a piece of the North
The unique landscape welcomes you to walks and excursions among hills and ridges. The light pine forest, resembling those in the far north, open to small lakes and tarns.

Fishing and swimming
In the Hökensås area there are about 20 lakes. In some of them fish have been put out, increasing your chances of getting a bite. Fishing licenses are sold by Hökensås Sportfiske AB, where you also can buy fishingtackle and hobby equipment.

Close to Hökensås Holiday Camp is Lilla Havssjön, a swimminglake, frequently visited by the local people on sunny days.

Hökensås Nature Reserve
Our closest neighbour is Hökensås Nature reserve, where some of our popular hiking tracks pass through beautiful woodland scenery. In winter, these routes are wonderful ski-tracks.

Cottages
Hökensås Holiday Camp has 48 cottages to let. Four of those are converted for disabled guests and one is prepared for our allergic visitors. Ten of our cottages have lower standard. These are the cottages we can offer you:

Cottage A
45 m2, two bedrooms, four beds and a sofa-bed. Pentry with stove and fridge. Lavatory, shower, hot and cold water. Electric heating and TV-set. Terrace with garden furniture.

Cottage B
53 m2, two bedrooms, four beds and a sofa-bed. Pentry with stove, fridge and freezer. Lavatory, shower, hot and cold water. Drying room and store room. Electric heating and TV-set. Sun balcony with garden furniture.

Cottage C
15,5 m2, one room with bund beds. Pentry and fridge. Cold water and electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture.

Cottage D
40 m². Two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a bund bed. Sitting room with pentry, shower and lavatory. TV.

Camping
130 camping lots for caravans and tents, electricity connected. Well-appointed service building. Nicely situated in the forest, prepared for disabled people.

The Camp Shop
In the Hökensås Holiday Camp Shop, open all days, you can buy whatever you need for your meals. When you don´t feel like cooking, our café and restaurant are at your service. Hökensås Holiday Camp also organizes conferences in beautiful and refreshing surroundings.
